Urgent wordpress issue on custom tempalte

We actually have an issue with our woocomerce subscription. All the order work correctly, we installed woocomerce subscription and when we use this, after clic on the pay button we're redirected to the homepage and its not processing the payment. order is on state pending payment.
Woocomerce support dont want to help us because the theme is custom.
All is 100% udpate.
This is really urgent job and we have to find a solution for this today.
