Urgent job...I need someone to fix my contact us form on 2 woocommerce websites

Whenever my customers fill up the form to contact us regarding their transactions, we do not receive their emails. They dont even receive email notifications for new transactions. I need someone to resolve this issue on my wordpress websites asap. I am experiencing same issues on 2 websites.
