Urgent: Wordpress custom coded page - Issue with qTranslate, separated indexing, sitemap (hiding empty second language pages, articles without content)

Web Page is custom coded on Wordpress with 2 language mutations. Primary mutation is in slovak language, secondary in hungarian language.
Devel of used qTranslate plugin for translation bin closed and is problem show just pages and articles that have added-translated content. Example: If is added content just for slovak page and hungary variant is empty, nevertheless is displayed and indexed in sitemap.
Problem is also compatibility with SEO Yoast. Is unposible edit separate cannonical on slovak version and separate on hungary.
We need hide empty pages in Hungary language and unlist it also from sitemap. And edit some required urls to self cannonical.
