• Design Guru:
o Proven experience creating visually appealing and user-centric website designs in Photoshop, Figma, or similar design software.
o Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices.
o Ability to translate designs into functional WordPress themes.
• WordPress Wizard:
o Extensive experience with WordPress core functionalities, themes, and plugins.
o Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
o Experience with custom plugin development a plus.
• Team Player:
o Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
o Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
o A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest WordPress trends.
Bonus Points:
• Experience with WooCommerce or other eCommerce plugins.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices.
