Urgent! Experienced IT and WordPress Expert Needed (wordpress, elementor, outlook, email server)

I'm in need of a skilled IT and WordPress expert who can assist in troubleshooting issues
Wordpress website - also my website, I can not edit with elementor from Monday, so I have elementor support look into it, they send me video from their end, all web pages can be edited, but at my end it shows error 500 messages. I've cleared browsers cookies, flushed DNS cache, used incognico, changed wifi, changed vpn, nothing works to open the website page with editing function.
Emails - Our emails hosted at hostgator, we can send emails, and receive emails okay, just these couple of days, there are around 6-7 businesses we work with, say emails to us bounced back. Checking with hostgator they say it is those customers' IPs got blocked by spamcop, hostgator's servers mirror spamcop, they say their systems have no issues. But it is not that simple. those business can email all their emails contacts fine. Just our email.
