Upload a wordpress backup to a hosting using my computer via teamviewer or anydesk

I'm looking to have a WordPress backup uploaded to my GoDaddy managed wordpress hosting. I already have an active hosting account and I'd like the remote application Teamviewer or anydesk used to aid in this task, I prefer to use my computer because of the speed of my internet.
