Upload a website from WordPress backup to server

I am looking for a freelancer who can upload my WordPress website from a backup file to a hostinger server

Requirements:
- The freelancer should have experience with WordPress and website and database migration.
- The freelancer should be familiar with uploading websites from backup files to servers.
- Knowledge of server configurations and settings is required to meet my specific requirements for the server.

Please note that I have already purchased a domain and hosting for my website, and I have a WordPress backup file ready to be uploaded.
