Upload prices to Woocomerce site

I have a woocomerce store that has 1352 products that need a cost price added to them manually.
The price of the products has been added already this project would just need you to upload the COST PRICE to the product manually.
Currently you would have to upload each price manually if you have another method please let me know.
The cost prices that you would be adding are in PDF's and spreadsheets.
