Upload fully edited podcast episodes to Wordpress Blog as Posts

Hi,
The podcast is hosted on Pinecast.
There is a document with the podcast title as well as synopsis and key points.
Your job is to upload the 10-12 episodes to the wordpress website. Each episode should have it's own post. You have to create a new section on the website under 'podcast'.
Each episode is about 5-15 minutes in length.
Please note you do NOT have to edit any audio. The episodes are already mixed, edited, etc. All you have to do is upload the episode url/player, key points, and synposis to the wordpress website.
It should take 1-2 hours.
