Updating website permalinks

Need help cleaning up a few housekeeping items on my website using WordPress.
Website is already built but on my homepage, all of the subpages aren't properly linked. They keep redirecting to the main home page and won't go into the products page when you click on the links for example. Per my understanding, the permalinks need to be updated.
I also need help cleaning up how my two other domains redirect to this website and to remove any redundant data.
Lastly, need to clean up all user access and change passwords.
