Updating the plugin for woo commerce website

hi, we are trying to update the plugin into website which was created in Wordpress . it is online selling website in woocommerce . we created product in woocommerec and then give extra options for customer to add extra (Add-ons) for example in kebab section, customers can choose sauces of their choice. its working ok in website but its not coming in POS (point of sale) plugin. maybe its not syncronising properly? We wanted to remove the plugin from Wordpress admin which is simple but we want to remove plugin including all plugin data from server. maybe after removing old plugin and installing a new version will work ok for syncronsing. we have update softwear for POS is avaialbe to upload. softwear for POS name is Openpos - WooCommerce Point Of Sale(POS). they send us some instruction for updating the plugin which i am attaching here.i am attaching the woocommerce product page with extra and also attaching the instructions from the plugin update.
I personally think that updating the plugin with the instruction attach will sortout the problem but not sure.
