Update website to add multiple pages

I have a directory website that I would like to update. Currently all the directories are on the home page and are just redirected to the vendor website. I would like to make update so each directory has its own page on my website with a brief description and a link to the vendors site. Currently I have approx 800-1000 sites that would need to be updated.
