Update existing WordPress WooCommerce website

My company has a website with an online store.
We are not finished but we need a designer/developer to finish the website. We are not happy with the current design of the categories. We want to have proper drop down menu for the categories and more options. Maybe we have to change the theme of the website but that's okay. We also need better design of how the items are portraited in the shop, and we also need help with putting up item variants for some products.
We are currently working on putting more items in our online shop but we want to start redesigning the website. We don't have an exact timeframe for the job but it would be good to finish in March or April.
