Update Wordpress site with new Google analytics code shifting to GA4 (from UA)

I have a simple custom built Wordpress website that needs my Google Analytics code to be updated. I am currently on Universal Analytics (UA) which is being sunset and need to update my code to GA4. I have already set up my GA4 property and have the code snippet.
Seeking someone to do Google Meet with me and during the video call
1. Show me how to back up my Wordpress site
2. Show me where to update my Google Analytics code to GA4
Expect this should be a simple 5 min job and add another 10 mins for the back up to perform - total 15 mins.
