Update to Wordpress (Elementor) website

Hi I am about to launch my new website which has been built on a wordpress platform using elementor. I am looking at someone who is good at visual design along with being able to make the development changes as well. I do not want to rebuild the whole website just make some changes which I can run through with the right person - hoping to build an ongoing relationship with this person for future work.
