Update WordPress form with Quform WordPress plugin
Budget: $10 – $60 USD
I have Wordpress using the Quform - WordPress Form Builder. The form is already complete and is a 7 page wizard and I would like it changed to a 13 page wizard. The form is for beta testing and app and has several questions along with screenshots. I just need some to update the questions and screenshots with the questions from a document that I will provide. I will provide a document that has all of the questions and screenshots that need to be on the page.
I already have the plugin and everything is already setup. I just need you to update the questions and screenshots and then verify that the form is working 100% when you finish. I’ll give you access to the WordPress site and I need you to update the form. You must be familiar with Quform. Please put “I’m familiar with Quform” in your bid so that I know you have read the entire project description.
