Update WordPress Website

I have a website that is need of updates. There are extremely detailed instructions for what changes need to be made to the website. The basics of the job will include updating content, adding new webpages, updating color scheme, uploading photos/logos, etc. This should not be a long project as it is simple updates. We also need someone to check for updates on the various plugins.

I have attached a sample document for the work that needs to be done. Please give your best estimate for how long this work will take you.
