Update WordPress Plugins And Generate Reports

Hi there, needing my business website to be updated in WordPress so these issues that it's having (shown in the screen shot) are no longer an issue. Also needing the person to then get reports on both security and performance after the changes made. I need this done ASAP so please let me know how quickly you can have this complete.
