Update WP Site/Store

I have a very simple WP site/store.
Needs to be updated in terms of WP, plugins, SSL warning, and protected against malware after recent attack. I think I have cleaned everything but need someone to double check!
We are not running woocommerce but instead a different store plugin "WP eCommerce" which is no longer around but still needs latest update.
There are also a handful of other plugins to update.
Your job is to get it up to date, make sure it still works, and is well protected against malware.
