Update or Build a Website

We need some help in updating our outdated website. I think it was originally built using WordPress. Now we want to update some pictures, add a couple to new pages with new information. We are also open to a complete redesign and will welcome any suggestions that may have. The business is a computer and mobile phone repair with added IT and Network service for small business and home users. Also, we are looking for SEO related service to improve the business traffic and reviews.
Please let know the approximate rate $ and time you need to complete such a project. Thank you
