Update Analysis-Tax Report in Wordpress-Woocommerce online store

I need an expert developer in the Woocommerce API to modify the source code of Reports in Analysis -> Taxes, preferably Spanish-speaking, and if it were Spanish, much better.
The objective is to modify the results of this report so that the query that is made when selecting orders in a date range instead of selecting orders by creation date does so by completed order date or paid order date.
In WooCommerce, this is possible by default, modifying the "Date Type" selector in the settings from Analysis -> Settings but it only works for the Orders report or the Income report and does not allow it for the detailed report of Taxes.
