Wp Ultimo and zapier expert

We are looking for someone who has ideally used WP Ultimo in the past and knows how their system works.
We need to create a custom workflow (form) that will first ask our clients which theme from our installed themes they want their site to have
The site will then add the client's business name to the site along with some other options - all of which can be done via custom hooks. And with zapier integration.
