UTM Tracking Fix Across Multi-Channel Lead Sources
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
We’re seeking an expert to audit and fix our current UTM tracking setup to ensure accurate source attribution for our inbound leads.
Background
We generate between 1,000–2,000 leads per month, but around 50% are missing key tracking data, including:
• Enquiry source (Google Ads, Meta, Bing, SEO)
• Campaign medium, name, and keyword (UTM parameters)
Current Setup
• Website: Built on WordPress, forms created using Elementor
• Lead capture: Data is passed via FormKeep, which has a native integration with our CRM (Close.com)
• UTM tracking fields are currently added as hidden fields in FormKeep but not populating reliably
• Ad Channels:
• Google Ads: Traffic directed to landing pages on our website
• Meta Ads: Mixture of Instant Forms (sent to CRM via Zapier) and website traffic
• Bing Ads: Direct to website
• SEO: No tracking currently in place
What We Need
• Audit our current tracking setup across all lead channels
• Fix or reconfigure hidden field tracking on the Elementor/FormKeep forms
• Ensure UTM parameters are reliably captured and passed to our CRM (Close.com) for all sources
• Implement tracking for organic SEO traffic
• Ensure Zapier flows (for Meta Instant Forms) are correctly passing through UTM/source data where possible
• Recommend improvements for long-term reliability and attribution clarity
Ideal Candidate
• Strong experience with UTM tracking and source attribution across multi-channel campaigns
• Familiarity with Elementor, FormKeep, Zapier, Close CRM
• Knowledge of tag management and tracking scripts (e.g., GTM)
• Proven ability to debug and implement UTM tracking fixes with high lead volumes
This is a one-time fix project, with potential for ongoing tracking and analytics support.
