Troubleshoot Wordpress Woocommerce Shipping Plugin

Hello, I use the Hide Shipping plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/hide-shipping-method-for-woocommerce/) and the Woocommerce Distance Rate Shipping plugin (https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-distance-rate-shipping/).
The Hide Shipping plugin used to hide the "Houston - Local Delivery" option if the cart subtotal was less than $20, but it stopped working, and the shipping method no longer appears in the Hide Shipping options.
I need someone to either troubleshoot the plugin OR write a custom script that will hide the Local Delivery shipping method if the order subtotal is less than $20.
