Troubleshoot WooCommerce Multisite

I have a WooCommerce multisite. The issue that I'm having right now is that, I can't import orders using the usual plugins that I used. This problem happened recently. Previously there was no issue when I'm importing orders.
What happens is, I use the Order Export & Order Import for WooCommerce plugin by WebToffee to import orders. It shows order is successfully imported, but when I check, the orders are not there. But oddly enough, the number of orders increased (refer image below).
I need someone who knows what to do or have seen this situation before. And someone who can work fast with a small budget. Let me know if you're interested by typing WC TS on your proposal.
