Trojan-Infected Wordpress Site Clean-Up

I'm currently facing significant issues on my WordPress site, likely due to the JS/Agent Trojan. The symptoms include:
- Slow website performance
- Unexpected pop-ups and redirects
- Discovery of suspicious files/ code changes
- Enhancement of anti-virus blocking mechanisms
Efforts have been made to mitigate this including scanning my website with antivirus software, updating WordPress and its plugins, as well as removing suspicious files or code changes. Despite these steps, the problem persists. Thankfully, I have a backup of the site prior to Trojan detection.
