Transform design into Wordpress Elementor components and widgets, and create the layout using Elementor (layout is provided)

Our designer has created a webdesign in Adobe XD. We like your help to translate this design into code using. We're using Wordpress. In specific, Wordpress with Elementor (the best GUI editor in Wordpress). We like you to transform the buttons, divs, etc, in the design into reusable Wordpress Elementor components. Having created these components we like you to create the layout as provided by the designer.
The design is desktop-only, but we want you to make it mobile (and tablet) friendly.
The ideal candidate has:
- tons of experience with Wordpress
- tons of experience with CSS
- tons of experienced in Elementor creating components and widgets
