Transferring a website from Wix to Wordpress + WooCommerce

Hello!
I am looking to recreate a website originally built on Wix and transfer it to WordPress; and connect WooCommerce page for shop. Since a shop page is absent on the original website, I would need help designing it and building it for my needs.
All the pages originally created on Wix (included hidden pages that are going to be shared with you) need to be transferred and recreated on WordPress using either original block builder or Elementor -- including the content. It needs to be intuitive for me to update and make changes later on.
The design is expected to be very similar to the one built on Wix, since it is very simple and not bloated.
The fonts are going to be custom.
One important aspect of the website is a two-page contact form. The second page of a contact form could be done with a dropdown menu rather than radio-buttons.
I am expecting to have a WordPress design to be first built on a separate domain/subdomain -- tested, and then connected to the main domain. It could be done either by purchasing a separate domain that is going to be temporarily connected to the new website; or a subdomain could be created using a different SiteGround account that hosts my personal website.
No downtime is expected.
The shop is going to be built with WooCommerce using Stripe. I would need your full involvement and professionalism since I have little to no experience with it. I need you to guide me through the installation and account creation. In addition, I need you to help me design the shop page to match the overall website design.
