Transferring My Squarespace Built Site to Make Live WordPress (Have a Hosting Site)

I have a wordpress built site and a hosting site for it. However, need help transferring from our live squarespace site to our built wordpress on the hosting site. Our emails are linked to squarespace and we don't want to lose them. In addition, our domain names - how do we transfer the domain to go daddy.
