Transfer a site host by WordPress.com to a site using WordPress software, but a different web hosting company (AWS probably)

So I built a site and hosted on WordPress.com, I wanted to move it to their site which is using free WordPress software, but a different web hosting company. (AWS probably) I have talked with WP customer serivce, he said I must ''migrate the content of the site to their WordPress.org host''.
