Transfer a simple website from once server to another

I am looking for a freelancer who can transfer a simple website from one server to another. The website is currently hosted on a Turbify and I want to move it to BlueHost. I have all the necessary login credentials and files for the transfer. Also, I have a WordPress website that needs to have its plugins updated.
