Transfer setup Shopify from Woocommerce

We have on a woocommerce store. We want moved to Shopify.
1. We need layout, menus, art/branding/logos/images and ali-drop ship plugin moved over to shopify.
2. We want to transfer existing site + ad multi-seller shopify plugin.

4. Payment gateway re linked.
5. URL and backlinks moved over.
