Transfer from Memberpress to Woocommerce (including all membership payment information)

The problem: I have 50+ people paying monthly with MemberPress (and their interaction with Stripe). I don't want any of my clients to have to start over with their membership, in fact, I want them to not even realize that something changed in the back end, and that the system continues to charge them with the same terms as always.
Through the APIs of Memberpress, Learndash and Woocommerce (which are extensive) you can make this transition from Memberpress to Woocommerce for the payments part, and Leandash and Divi for the membership part (that is, to limit access only to who have paid for the appropriate course or membership).
The details of how to "hide" membership content, either with Learndash or with Divi, will be defined according to your address. It is important that the process of accessing or restricting content is done automatically: that is, if the person stops paying or cancels their membership, access to the content specific to their membership should be restricted. If a membership is activated or reactivated, access should be activated automatically as well.
