Transfer Wordpress site to new Host and domain

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me transfer my WordPress site to a new host and domain. I have access to both the current hosting account and the new hosting account. I want to keep the same design and content during the transfer. I do not need any additional services beyond the site transfer, such as SEO optimization or performance improvements at this time.
