Transfer Website & Emails to New Hosting Account

Hello Freelancers,
I have a WordPress website & 3 emails that point to Google which are hosted by tsohost and I need this transferred to siteground (hosting company) using their migration plugin (transfer their website) which I have done but the website is currently not looking the same.
Once the website has been transferred I would need all files for the company deleted from where the files are currently and for you to ensure the emails still work on Google. If this is a task you are able to complete please use the reference "TransferWebsite" and answer the following questions below:
1) How long will this take you to complete?
2) What will you need to complete the work?
3) Do you fully understand the project?
