Transfer my Site from Hostgator VPS (cPanel) to Linode VPS (Plesk)

My WordPress website which isn't very large needs to be transferred from Hostgator (cPanel) to Linode VPS (with Plesk) with minimal downtime. The main things to ensure are permalinks, images, and all other content is copied without any issues and the same settings. You don't need to create the Linode server with Plesk as I will provide you with that readymade.
The size is not very big. The total site is backed up to around 2 to 2.5GB, the SQL database is around 150MB.
