Transfer Non-Wordpress Website to Wordpress - Ongoing Project

The requirements are as follows:
1. Transfer non-wordpress websites to Wordpress.
2. The new Wordpress website will be built using Elementor pro + Elementor Hello theme. No other theme is allowed.
3. You will get a clean Wordpress installed on a development environment, together with Elementor pro and all the relevant plugins.
4. The design should stay EXACTLY the same - pixel perfect work with no changes.
5. You will need to keep all the SEO related elements of the current website, including: title, description, h tags, URLs, breadcrumbs, schema (rich snippets), image ALT tags, menus, internal links, analytics code. Images no more than 100kb.
6. Fast turnaround - no more the 3 days per website.
