Transfer a Large Wordpress Site from Site Ground to DigitalOcean Using Cpanel

Looking for a DigitalOcean expert that also know how to manually transfer a wordpress site from Site Ground - which means taking a backup of the data and SQL Data base and setting it up on CPanel
I have already created the site on cpanel but none of the automatic plugins works to do the transfer - I tried
Duplicator
Blog Vault
WP All In One Migration
WPvivid Backup
The FTP got stuck, credentials didnt work or there was not enough space on the origin server to backup even after I have increased the server disk space so we need to do it manually by maybe using the Site Ground backups or tools
