Transfer/Create Weebly website into Wordpress with Elementor

I urgently need to transfer a website hosted on weebly into Wordpress using the same URL
You will need to customize a simple site (there is only one contact form).
You can use auto-installers and just customize a paid template that we will choose together so its currently Copy/Paste work, to adapt the current design to Wordpress Template, make minor aesthetic modifications on it and add some small plugin details (SEO Plugin, Messenger/Whatsapp contact button, for example).
This is a simple task so !
PS: Of course, we will need to prepare the entire site in a temporary url before updating the DNS in order to have no interruption at all during the transfert.
