Transfer CS-Cart webshop into WooCommerce webshop (ONLY PROFS)

Hello, if you never transferred another shop platforms into WooCommerce webshop, PLEASE DONT CONTACT ME! I had 2 amateurs who started and stopped with this project, because they dont had skills for it!
So i will point here what must be done:
1- I have a 7-year webshop on a platform (looks like cs cart), have about 4.500 products and 1.000 Categories - subcategories and subsubcategories
2- Problem is not to import my complete CSV file with products, REAL problem is to import categories / sub / subcategories and connect the products with their categories into WooCommerce. This must be someone who have the skills or the right software. Otherwise it will be manual work!
3- The CSV file have many columns, like title, description, category., subcategory, subsubcategory, price, meta title, meta description, EAN code, Product code and other colums. So its very important that many columns can be transferred or imported into a NEW Woocommerce webshop. EAN code (13 digits) of articles column is very important and must be added. Google Shopping requires EAN code by every article that im selling!
4- I need also a webshop theme (forrest) what is tested and working. Modern design / functionality must be recent 2020 / 2021.
5- Shop must be easy changed in other language than English. My country in Europe have their own language.
6- Payment methodes must be added
7- All must be finished in 1 or 2 weeks
8- So what i need is a transfer and almost finished webshop, so i can start asap to sell.
