Ticket Support System in WordPress, Certificate Plugin and Mobile Apps for Android and iOS

Hello,
I have a WordPress live website so, don't need to develop it again.
I want the following updates in exiting WordPress website,
1. User login through email, social media like FB, Google, Twitter etc., mobile numbers in website and support system
2. Ticket support systems with Full Functions likes, user, sub-admin, admin
3. User uploads live photos with location details in the support system, not upload from the gallery, only view the complaint on the web while sub-admin and admin can view, edit full details.
4. Issue pre-defined certificates in PDF with a digital signature with a password lock file. (Form to PDF)
5. certificated issue based upon passport size photos, Aadhar cards, pan cards.
6. After validating attachment form must be submitted, if false documents then show a respective error.
7. After the admin manual verify they will get notifications on mobile and receive it on their registered email.
8. User can update their profile on the web as well as mobile apps
