This website page converted from Elementor to Citadela Blocks page

Good morning everybody,
found a simple page with Paypal Buttons and contact us links I'd want to replicate on my own site. I'm not a developer so it is difficult to convert it just by code inspection.
By using whatcms.org it seems that the source page to take as a model has been built by Elementor Page Builder, my theme instead uses Citadela Blocks that is a new generation of plugins that extends and improves the Wordpress standard features.
Is there any dev able to code the same page you see here

Citadela Blocks is compatible with Elementor but NOT compatible with Elementor Page Builder).
So the dev is just to code a single page that fits perfectly to the Citadela Blocks theme, with Paypal buttons and links perfectly working.
