There's a virus on my website

Need someone with wordpress/virus killing skills to help me fix my website.
If I try to go to it Iget blocked - see the picture. I need to fix that and secure it so I don't have any more issues.
I also keep getting spam posts and I can't figure out how people are posting when there isn't an option for it.
