Techical support / assistant
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are looking to hire 2 x Ecommerce assistants.
Working hours will be on an alternating shift pattern week 1 4x12h week 2 3x12 hours week 3 4x12h week 4 3x12 hours etc
. The ideal candidate should have intermediate level expertise in providing technical assistance.
Technical Support:
- Troubleshooting software-related issues
Administrative Assistance:
- Data entry
- Email management
- Calendar management
The freelancer should be able to provide both ongoing support and assistance for specific tasks. Additionally, they should have good communication skills and be able to work independently.
Required knowledge
WordPress - Website development and man agent
Woo commerce - store management
Shopify - Store set up and management
Android - Technical support (intermediate / advanced)
Graphic design
The required person will have business level English and be educated to degree level in a computer technology discipline Be available to handle support you will have a can do attitude.
This is a monthly permanent role. You will be on call and expected to handle customer support chats in <1 minute
This role is for individuals and the fixed price is $500 per assistant per month.
