Teach me how to use Wordpress and Help Build

I have two websites for law firm. One with wix which I built, and a new one with Wordpress which someone else built but did not entirely finish. Even if finished I need to know how to use it and find it absolutely incomprehensible. However I hear it is supposedly far better to use for business. I need somebody with very high expertise on it, and to teach how to use it, and maximize SEO, etc. I expect will need about 6 hours or so of help. Must be able to speak on phone or video. If you are very good, I have other websites to build.You Must have real expertise for this. I also need help with advertising.
