Teach me WordPress in person + help me build my Website
Budget: $50 – $0 AUD
I'm a beginner in WordPress but not a total Luddite when it comes to computers & websites etc.
Looking for someone to teach me WP in person. Am tired of online/video training and work best when I can ask questions and have someone jump on the keyboard/mouse and show me in person if need be.
I'm based in Richmond, Victoria. Happy to pay you by the hour. Can either do the training at my home office or, if you're close by and work from a business office in e.g. CBD, South Yarra or Collingwood etc. then I'm happy to come to you instead.
As part of this training, I'd like your help in building my business website. Currently I'm using a child theme called Molti that I bought from elegantthemes.com. I'm also using Flywheel to host the site, in combination with GoDaddy. Hence your training will be based around a "real life" website and geared towards helping me get the site to look/feel/do what I'm after.
The ideal person should have lots of experience in WordPress and be able to teach me how to use it effectively. Also a good sense of humour helps (I'm from England originally so that probably tells you a bit about me).
Please quote me your hourly rate - including GST - and if you will charge extra to come to me (travel time) or not + where you are based (if I have to come to you instead) + minimum number of hours you'll need me to book per session.
Happy for the first session to be 4 hours. I'll include breaks and plenty of coffee if you come to my home office (if not, you can supply the coffee, that's only fair). I'm pretty flexible re days of the week and times as I run my own business.
If all goes well in the first session we can then work out extra training sessions from there. Thanks!
