Tag manager and explicit Cookie Consent Setup for WordPress website

I need explicit consent management for my wordpress website using Google Tag Manager. Right now I already have GTM tags and triggers set up but they were set up before the new Google consent update. I need a cookie popup plugin setup too as currently I do not have a cookie popup. I would also like that after the new changes are implemented, that the tags and tested if the data is being received or not. . The setup must be compliant with Google Consent.

Ideal candidates for this project should have:
- Experience with Google Tag Manager
- Proven track record in setting up cookie consent mechanisms GDPR
- Wordpress plugin experience
- Strong analytical skills to ensure all necessary cookies are accounted for
