TTFB Optimization: Make WordPress WooCommerce super fast

I'm running WordPress with WooCommerce on my own server and it's really slow.
The server has plenty of power. The bottle neck must be WordPress.
Your job is to make the shop load as fast as Amazon in Germany. CDN etc. does not need to be used. It's more about the high TTFB.
The milestone will be released once this goal is met. We can work long-term if you're really good at this!
