Sync Products between WooCommerce Websites

We will have two Wordpress/WooCommerce sites. The one site will be the source and the 2nd will be the one pulling the stock. Want to make use of the WooCommerce API system: https://woocommerce.github.io/woocommerce-rest-api-docs/#product-properties . We will pull all the stock from source site to a STOCK PORTAL that is standalone from both Wordpress sites. From this portal you will then select (checkbox) the stock items you want to sync and click n SYNC. This in turn will push the product data to the destination store. We need to cater for SIMPLE and VARIABLE products.
