Stripe + Wordpress: Authenticate customers + portal session

We'd like the customers of our Wordpress site to be able to manage, update, cancel their subscription on Stripe's customer portal. For that, a portal session and previous customer identification is needed according to Stripe docs. And listening to webhooks. The project consist of building out this portal session on the client and server side. We're not interested in the installation of third party plug-ins.
